Gift voucher terms and Conditions.
We are delighted to offer Gift Vouchers for our treatments at Lesley Leale-Green Skin + Laser Clinic. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing and/or redeeming a Gift Voucher.
Lesley Leale-Green Gift Vouchers are issued in £GBP which can be redeemed against treatments available within Lesley Leale-Green, 70 Dulwich Village, London. Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for treatments and must be presented at the time of appointment.
Gift Vouchers will be dispatched within two working days via Tracked Royal Mail delivery.
E-Gift Vouchers will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of purchase during normal business hours. Vouchers purchased outside of these hours will be prepared and processed on the next working day.
Gift Voucher Recipient: A Gift Voucher may be purchased by one person for another person to enjoy. The purchaser remains the contracting party in relation to the original purchase and any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights. The recipient may contact the Clinic to arrange and enjoy treatments using the Gift Voucher, but this does not transfer the purchaser’s statutory rights to the recipient.
Gift Vouchers are valid for strictly 6 months from date of purchase. Lesley Leale-Green will not be held responsible for any Gift Vouchers which have not redeemed in full, or in part, after the expiry date. We recommend contacting the Clinic as early as possible to arrange your appointment. Our normal appointment lead times may vary throughout the year and can be longer during particularly busy periods.
Appointments using a Gift Vouchers must take place within the 6-month validity period. We therefore recommend booking well in advance, particularly for evening, weekend and other high-demand appointments.
Failure to redeem/use your Gift Voucher within the validity period will result in the expiry of your voucher. Appointment availability (dates/times) are not guaranteed and we strongly recommend you schedule appointments in advance to avoid disappointment. Should only a proportion of the Gift Voucher be redeemed during the validity period, the remaining balance will expire at the end of the 6-month validity period.
Gift Vouchers cannot ordinarily be extended beyond their stated expiry date. In exceptional circumstances, the Clinic may, entirely at its discretion, agree to a short extension. Any discretionary extension does not alter the expiry terms applicable to other Gift Vouchers or create an entitlement to future extensions. Where such an extension is granted, it will be subject to additional booking limitations, and the voucher may only be redeemed at times, and on days specified by the Clinic. This may exclude peak periods, including but not limited to late evening appointments, Fridays and weekend availability.
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against treatments only. Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed for products.
Gift Vouchers may be redeemed against eligible treatments and services provided by Lesley Leale-Green Skin + Laser Clinic. Where the cost of the selected treatment exceeds the remaining value of the Gift Voucher, the difference must be paid by the Client. Where the cost of the treatment is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, any remaining balance will remain available for use until the original expiry date.
Gift Vouchers purchased for a monetary value are redeemed at the treatment prices applicable on the date on which the treatment takes place. Where a Gift Voucher specifically identifies a particular treatment, the terms stated on the voucher at the time of purchase will apply. Treatment prices may change from time-to-time. Where appropriate, any difference between the Gift Voucher value and the current treatment price will be payable by the Client.
Promotional treatment offers can not be redeemed against Gift Voucher and e-Gift Voucher Purchases, newsletter promotions and other promotions unless otherwise stated.
Gift Vouchers will not be exchanged for cash. Regrettably, Gift Vouchers which are defaced or altered will not be accepted.
Attending an appointment without your Gift Voucher will require an alternative method of payment.
All appointments are subject to availability. Possession of a Gift Voucher does not guarantee the availability of a particular treatment, practitioner, date and/or time. The expiry of the Gift Voucher will not be extended because the holder has been unable to secure their preferred practitioner, date or appointment time.
The purchase of a Gift Voucher does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be clinically suitable for the recipient. Certain treatments require consultation, screening and/or patch testing before treatment can take place. All treatments remain subject to our usual consultation procedures, contraindications and professional assessment. Where a particular treatment is considered unsuitable, we will be pleased to discuss appropriate alternative treatments for which the Gift Voucher value may be used, subject to availability and the remaining validity of the voucher.
Appointments reserved using a Gift Voucher remain subject to the Clinic’s normal Booking, Amendments and Cancellation Policy. Cancellations, postponements or amendments made with less than 48hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation-fee of the value of the treatment originally scheduled. Where less than 24hours’ notice is provided, or in the event of non-attendance, 100% of the value of the treatment scheduled will be payable. This includes changes to another date and amendments to a treatment of significantly shorter duration where professional treatment time previously reserved can no longer reasonably be reallocated. This may result in part or all of the Gift Voucher value being used to settle the applicable cancellation/amendment fee. Any applicable fee will first be deducted from the value of the Gift Voucher. Where the fee exceeds the remaining Gift Voucher value, the outstanding balance will become payable.
Please look after your Gift Voucher carefully. We will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers. Where we are able to verify the original purchase and establish that the Gift Voucher remains valid and unused, we will use reasonable endeavours to assist with a lost or mislaid voucher. For security reasons, we may require appropriate information to verify the purchaser, recipient and original transaction before being able to issue a replacement.
Gift Vouchers may ordinarily be given to another person for their use, subject to these Terms and Conditions and any restrictions expressly stated on the Gift Voucher. Where a Gift Voucher has been issued for a particular treatment, the recipient remains subject to the Clinic’s normal consultation and suitability requirements.
Gift Vouchers may be issued free-of-charge, as part of a promotion, competition, goodwill gesture, loyalty benefit, charitable donation, charity auction prize or other complimentary arrangement or similar non-commercial arrangement and in such cases the Clinic reserves the right to apply additional reasonable terms or limitations to their use, including expiry dates or treatment restrictions, where appropriate to the nature of the issue. The Clinic reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or discontinue the issue or acceptance of Gift Vouchers at any time, including where necessary due to their promotional, charitable or non-cash nature, without affecting any statutory rights. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional and complimentary Gift Vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be altered or exchanged in any way.
Gift Vouchers are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
For Gift Voucher purchases made online, you have the right to cancel the order within 14days from date of purchase, provided none of the value of the Gift Voucher has been redeemed. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to clinic@lesleylealegreen.com or by post to 70 Dulwich Village, London SE21 7AJ. Any shipping or postage charges paid for a Gift Voucher purchase are not eligible for a refund, should the Gift Voucher have already been sent. Nothing within these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights.
For Gift Voucher purchases made in Clinic, the statutory cooling-off period applicable to certain distance purchases does not ordinarily apply simply because a purchaser changes their mind about a Gift Voucher purchased in person at the Clinic. Any cancellation or refund offered in these circumstances will therefore be at the discretion of the Clinic, except where the purchaser has a statutory right to a refund.
Gift Vouchers are subject to these Terms and Conditions together with the Clinic’s applicable Booking, Amendments and Cancellation Policy, and Treatment Policies. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude, restrict or otherwise affect any rights that a consumer is entitled to under applicable UK Consumer Law.
